Job description

We’re on the search for Front of House Nandocas (what we call our Team Members) to join us! The role of a Front of House Nandoca is to create unforgettable customer moments and feelings, leaving guests wowed and eager to return.

What I do

I make our guests feel valued as part of our family by creating a fun and relaxed environment. It’s my responsibility to ensure guests leave happy, having experienced a positive Nando’s visit.

1. I give a warm welcome to our guests and make them feel at home.
2. I serve customers efficiently, understanding and meeting their needs.
3. I serve high-quality food that meets Nando’s standards, making our guests feel fired up and wowed.
4. I bring food and drinks to the table and ensure customers have everything they need.
5. I manage the takeaway customer experience.
6. I set up, maintain, and close down a clean, safe, and fully operational restaurant floor.
7. I handle deep cleaning to Nando’s standards.
8. I follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and security measures.
