About Us:

We’re Parker Hospitality Scotland, an established hospitality company in Glasgow with a vision to radically change one of our restaurant locations through upscaling our dining experience to a unique "fine-casual" niche. Over the next six months, we are embarking on an exciting journey to elevate our brand, service, and menu to target a clientele that values exceptional quality and a refined yet approachable atmosphere.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced, ambitiousSenior Front-of-House (FOH) team memberwho is eager to grow with us. This is not just a job—it’s an opportunity for someone career-driven who’s passionate about hospitality and fine dining. We’re seeking someone who has a genuine love for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service as a senior FOH staff member, contributing to a fine-casual dining experience
• Educate guests on wine pairings and oversee wine service, contributing to an elevated experience
• Support, mentor, and collaborate with junior team members to maintain high standards of service
• Work closely with management on initiatives to enhance guest experience, including menu refinement, wine selections, and service protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Career-Driven Professional:Someone who is excited about hospitality and committed to their own growth in the industry.
• FOH Experience: Previous experience in a senior FOH position, ideally within a high-quality or fine dining environment.
• Sommelier Training (WSET Level 2 ideally):Strong wine knowledge is essential to help us refine and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Leadership Skills:You enjoy mentoring others and can contribute positively to a team atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £18,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
