Job Title: Front of House Team Member - Hamilton, Glasgow

Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Roles Available

We are seeking Team Members who are eager to grow with us and contribute to our success. Your role will involve supporting the team to deliver high-quality food, outstanding guest care, and excellent service. You will be pivotal in maintaining our brand standards, working within a great team, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prioritizing guest satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Assisting guests with menu selections and upselling where appropriate.
  • Processing orders via the POS system.
  • Delivering orders to the kitchen and assisting with food and beverage preparation and packing.
  • Ensuring food presentation is appealing.
  • Promoting additional menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Handling sales transactions and providing receipts.
  • Greeting guests warmly and genuinely.
  • Managing phone inquiries professionally.
  • Assembling and packaging orders according to brand standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of guest areas.
  • Ensuring all orders are complete and ready for guest receipt.
  • Adhering to brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
