  • Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all customer requests are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support catering events as required, assisting in setup and service.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by helping colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
