Lago Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. This role suits someone stepping into management with a passion for hospitality and strong service standards.

You’ll oversee daily service, keep standards high, and support the lounge’s busy operations while delivering great guest care and team development.

Qualificações

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Ability to lead a team on a busy shift.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to deliver great service.
• Support the management team with day-to-day operation of the lounge.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team to ensure confident service.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, allergens, cash handling and safety.
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally to improve visits.
• Assist in driving sales and managing the bar and pass.
