Job summary

Loungers' Delfino Lounge is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, ensuring smooth service and high standards across the floor. This role suits experienced Front of House Team Leaders, Senior Servers or Hospitality Supervisors aiming for management progression.

The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day operations, coach staff, manage the bar and pass, and help create a welcoming, community-focused lounge experience with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Ability to supervise and coach a team during busy shifts.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, ensuring great service and smooth operations.
• Support management in opening/closing tasks and maintain high floor standards.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team to ensure confidence during service.
• Oversee cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints and turn visits into positive experiences.
• Assist in driving sales and managing the bar and pass to create a beloved Lounge presence.
