Qualifikationen

• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops.
• Proven ability to lead front-of-house teams.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable handling cash and operating bar pass.

Aufgaben

• Lead from the front during busy shifts and ensure great service.
• Support management with opening/closing tasks and floor standards.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team to build confidence during service.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently and turn visits into great experiences.
• Help drive sales by managing the bar and pass and contributing to a welcoming lounge.
