Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house roles or supervision

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, helping the team deliver great service and keep everything running smoothly
• Support the management team with day-to-day operation of the lounge, from opening and closing tasks to maintaining high standards
• Coach, guide and motivate the team, ensuring everyone knows their role and feels confident during service
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently, turning good visits into great ones
• Assist in driving sales, manage the bar and pass, and help create a Lounge that locals love returning to
