Dorado Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor to lead shifts, support managers and ensure guests leave happy. This on-site role suits experienced Front of House leaders seeking the next step in hospitality management.

Qualifications

• Leads by example on the floor and sets the pace for the team.
• Warm, welcoming host creating a home-from-home atmosphere.
• Community-minded and connected with locals.
• Owns a shift, delegates, and handles queries confidently.
• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafés or coffee shops in supervising roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to deliver great service.
• Support management with day-to-day operations and standards on the floor.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team so everyone knows their role.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into great experiences.
• Help drive sales by managing the bar and pass and fostering community love.
