Nordico Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor. Earn up to £13.30 per hour plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals on shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

This role suits a seasoned Front of House Team Leader ready to step into management and grow with a national hospitality brand. You’ll lead by example on busy shifts, support managers, coach the team, ensure cleanliness and food safety, handle guest enquiries, and help drive sales while delivering memorable

Qualifications

• Experience leading on the floor in hospitality settings.
• Strong host/guest-facing skills and warmth.
• Community-minded approach with regulars and neighbours.
• Capability to own a shift, manage the pass and bar.
• Experience in restaurants, bars, cafes or coffee shops.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts, delivering great service.
• Support the management team with day-to-day operations.
• Coach, guide and motivate the team to maintain standards.
• Oversee cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling.
• Address customer queries or complaints confidently to turn visits into great experiences.
• Contribute to driving sales and manage the bar and pass.
