Calvero Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Front of House Supervisor in England. You will lead from the floor during busy shifts, support the management team with daily operations, and coach staff to maintain high standards of service.

Formación

• Leads by example on the floor and sets the pace for the team.
• Creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes Calvero Lounge feel like home.
• Knows regulars and understands the local community dynamics.
• Takes ownership of shifts, delegates, manages the pass and bar, and handles queries confidently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-of-house during busy shifts and help the team deliver great service.
• Support management with day-to-day operations from opening to closing tasks.
• Coach and motivate staff to ensure everyone knows their role.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety, allergens and cash handling processes.
• Handle customer queries or complaints to turn visits into great experiences.
