About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a growing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team to uphold high standards
• Manage shifts, plan staffing to ensure proper coverage, and coach team members on the go
