About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. You will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop team members to achieve their best while maintaining high standards.
• Manage shifts, plan staffing, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Understand labor management, rotas, and learn about the financial performance of the restaurant.
