About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join our team. As a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, you will support coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance, and ensuring high standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop team members to perform at their best
• Manage shifts, including planning and ensuring adequate coverage

• Understand and assist with managing labour, rotas, and restaurant financials
