About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join us on our journey to nourish from bowl to soul. You will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, supporting coaching and development, and owning your shifts to drive performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Running shifts and planning schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Managing labour, rotas, and understanding restaurant financials
• Recognizing and celebrating team performance
