JW Lees is looking for a Front of House Team Leader to join our team. You will lead front-of-house operations, model excellent customer service, and drive performance across shifts.

You will motivate and develop the team, manage shift runs, and ensure a memorable guest experience in our pubs, inns and hotels. We offer strong benefits, wellbeing support and development opportunities within a long‑standing family business.
