We are looking for a front of house supervisor to join the family. This role involves delivering excellent bar and waiting hospitality to our customers and supporting our management team in leading a shift.

Located in Rowberrow on the edge of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, The Swan is a 17th-century Grade II-listed pub and inn, full of history and a cozy, welcoming vibe. It is a haven for locals, walkers, cyclists, and visitors alike. The recent addition of five boutique bedrooms above the pub, along with four dog-friendly rooms in converted barns, makes The Swan an ideal spot for a rural retreat or staycation.
