About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager, full-time, to join our team. You will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. Your role will involve coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Managing shifts, planning schedules to ensure adequate coverage, and coaching on the go
• Understanding labour management and restaurant financials
• Recognizing and celebrating team achievements
