We are seeking an experienced Front of House Team Leader to lead, motivate, and encourage our team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Minster Tavern.

You will work alongside the management team to realize our shared vision, ensure smooth operations, and maintain consistency.

The Minster Tavern is a historic pub opposite Ely Cathedral’s west tower, near the main High Street shops. As the oldest pub in Ely, it claims to be "just a little bit haunted." We host popular Tuesday quiz nights and broadcast live sports for our guests.
