GAUCHO Birmingham is seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead a high-energy restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, friendly and able to upsell GAUCHO products with confidence.

You will partner with management to deliver outstanding guest experiences, drive sales, and coach new team members while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming atmosphere. This role includes staff meals and opportunities for progression within a dynamic hospitality brand.

Responsibilities

• Work with the restaurant team to offer an exceptional GAUCHO experience to all guests.
• Be the face of Gaucho and demonstrate service excellence while following brand standards.
• Strengthen product knowledge to host tables and guide guests with personalised menu choices.
• Support and assist the management team to maximize sales by driving covers and average spend per head.
• Delegate responsibilities to the FOH team and assist with 1-2-1s and FOH team management.
• Train and guide new team members according to brand standards.
• Ensure guest orders are received and processed professionally and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and complete closing duties.
