Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our busy dining room. You’ll oversee front-of-house operations, mentor the team, and ensure seamless service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

With a passion for hospitality and strong communication, you’ll uphold guest satisfaction, manage guest relations, and help drive sales while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Weekend and late-night availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide a team to deliver excellent service.
• Commitment to hospitality and high-quality customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
