Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the FOH team, ensuring seamless service and superior guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You’ll mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and collaborate with management to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

We value hospitality passion, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Weekend and bank holiday flexibility is essential as we grow with BRG.

Formación

• Experience supervising front-of-house in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to motivate a team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment

• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
