Slim Chickens Swansea is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to oversee dining room operations, mentor the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Based in Swansea, this full-time role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain high standards, handle guest relations, and support the management team in driving sales while promoting BRG values.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service

• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
