Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations, guide a hospitality-focused team, and uphold high service standards. You’ll mentor staff, manage guest relations, and ensure clean, welcoming environments across shifts.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in fast-paced settings, strong communication, and a passion for delivering excellent service with attention to detail.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
