Job summary

Slim Chickens Trafford Centre is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team in a fast-paced, guest‑centric environment. You’ll supervise service, mentor staff, and ensure sparkling cleanliness and presentation while upholding brand standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment

• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
