Job summary

Slim Chickens Cannock is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and uphold high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation across the venue. A passion for hospitality and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Flexible, availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays – we’re always on the go!
