Slim Chickens Cannock is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our fast-paced, casual dining team in Cannock. You will supervise front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and ensure visits are memorable through outstanding service and smooth guest interactions.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage relationships, and support the management team in achieving sales goals while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming atmosphere for both colleagues and guests.

Qualifikationen

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or similar venue.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
