Slim Chickens is seeking a Front of House Supervisor in the East Midlands Shopping Centre to lead the front-of-house team and ensure superb guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You’ll supervise, mentor, and motivate staff, maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation, and support management in driving sales and guest satisfaction. Join BRG’s growing brand family for a rewarding hospitality career.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to motivate the front-of-house team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with customers and staff.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
