BM Caterers in Salford is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead daily front of house operations at a prestigious client site. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supervising a team and maintaining high standards across the operation.

You will build strong relationships with customers, monitor service standards and help drive performance through training, motivated by a supportive environment. Shifts are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Job description

We're a multi award-winning contract catering company with a passionate team of food enthusiasts serving more than 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We're now looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to join us at a prestigious client site.

This is a Monday to Friday position, offering an excellent work-life balance with no weekend working, where service excellence is at the heart of everything we do.

The shifts are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

About the Role

As Front of House Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining consistently high standards across all front of house operations. You'll lead by example, engaging proactively with customers, supporting your team, and creating a positive, professional environment.

Working closely with the wider team, you'll help exceed client and company expectations while driving performance through training, development, motivation and engagement.

You will be responsible for:

Supervising day-to-day front of house operations.

Technology & Administration

Technology plays an important part in this role. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office applications, including:

You'll use these tools to support daily operations, maintain records, analyse performance data, create reports and presentations, and communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues. Confidence in using digital systems and adapting to new technologies is essential.
