Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead a team and deliver a high-quality customer experience. The role is part-time, 24 hours per week, with shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and potential overtime.

You will set up hospitality areas, deliver service to a high standard and support events. The ideal candidate brings supervisory hospitality experience, a confident leadership style and strong people skills, with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and service

• Setting up and clearing hospitality areas
• Delivering food and drink service to a high standard
• Supporting meetings, events and functions
• Ensuring service areas remain clean, organised and presentation-ready
• Responding to customer requests with professionalism and care
• Working closely with colleagues to keep service smooth and efficient
• Following company procedures and service standards at all times
