Job summary

Slim Chickens Newcastle is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead and coordinate our busy front-of-house team in a lively, casual setting.

You will train, motivate and support staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain cleanliness and brand standards, and help drive sales while ensuring exceptional service across all shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is required; excitement for hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.
