Slim Chickens Bath is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead our busy FOH team and deliver the friendly, high-quality service we’re known for. You’ll supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure restaurant standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Managing guest relations, handling any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
• Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
