Slim Chickens Bridgend is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise service, mentor staff, maintain cleanliness and presentation, handle guest relations, and support management to drive sales and uphold brand standards across our BRG portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and top-notch service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
