Slim Chickens in the United Kingdom is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee the front-of-house operations, coordinating a busy team and ensuring fast, friendly service in a casual, vibrant setting.

You will mentor staff, maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards, handle guest relations, and support management in achieving sales goals while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both team and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
• Weekend, late-night and bank holiday availability.
