Slim Chickens Leeds is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead and coordinate the front-of-house team in a lively, fast-paced environment. You will drive service quality and guest satisfaction from greeting to departure.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
• A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
