Job summary

Slim Chickens York is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the busy dining area and motivate the FOH team. You’ll ensure smooth service, maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards, and handle guest concerns with grace.

A strong hospitality mindset and effective communication are essential. The role involves training junior staff, supporting management in sales goals, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
