Slim Chickens Swansea is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead a busy dining room and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You will mentor and guide the front-of-house team, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with management to drive sales and guest satisfaction across all shifts.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Flexible, availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays – we’re always on the go!
