Job summary

Corps Security is seeking a Front of House Security Officer to deliver on-site security services with a strong customer focus. The role emphasizes professional incident handling, adherence to escalation procedures and collaboration with site colleagues to enhance security operations.

You will work 60 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00–19:00, contributing to a high-standard security service and maintaining site safety and compliance across all shift duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Valid SIA Front-Line License is essential.
• IT skills including Microsoft Office/Excel are desirable.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels and complete vetting to BS7858 standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of performance, professionalism and customer service on site.
• Fully comply with operational instructions and external regulations.
• Report/escalate issues through the chain of command.
• Produce clear, well-written operational reports within required timeframes.
• Maintain site systems and procedures and support improvements.
• Build relationships with guests to enhance security provision.
• Coordinate with Corps Security and management on building maintenance and H&S issues.
• Respond immediately to incidents, including medical, fire, evacuations and crises.
• Perform any other admin duties as required.
