Job summary

RUSH Hair & Beauty Balham is seeking a friendly Front of House Superstar to welcome clients, manage bookings, and support the salon team with day-to-day admin. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, professional, and stylish reception and a seamless salon experience.

The role is full-time, five days per week with weekend work, offering competitive hourly pay and generous perks, including staff discounts and career progression opportunities within the award-winning brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Proficient computer skills; experience with booking systems is an advantage
• Availability to work weekends

Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House professional to join our Balham salon.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and stylish salon experience.
