Curly Hair London is seeking a friendly Salon Assistant to join a busy premium salon in Greater London. The role offers hands-on experience in beauty services and a clear path for growth.

You will greet clients, prep workstations, maintain salon cleanliness, and support staff throughout shifts. Starting immediately, the position is full-time with a typical schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and a pay of £13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and seat them comfortably.
• Support technicians by preparing and organising workstations.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and presentation throughout the day, including waste disposal.
• Assist with collecting lunches and coffees when requested.
• Wash clients’ hair and perform head massages when required.
• Keep the salon tidy and organised during quieter periods.
• Distribute promotional leaflets in the local area when requested.
• Escort clients to the door and assist with bags and opening doors where appropriate.
• Wash, hang, fold, and organise towels.
• Assist with stock organisation and inventory checks when requested.
• Prepare customer hair product orders and organise for collection.
• Unpack deliveries, arrange products neatly, and dispose of packaging materials.
