Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort – part of The QHotels Collection – is seeking a proactive receptionist to deliver outstanding guest service at the front desk. You will support the Front of House Manager, manage guest stays, advise on rates and promotions, and handle guest issues to maximise revenue.

The role requires previous front office experience, people management ability, and a passion for high standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or reception roles.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Commitment to high standards of service.
• Strong communication and guest-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in/check-out and room allocations.
• Advise guests on room rates, packages and promotions.
• Resolve guest issues and complaints to maximise revenue.
• Support Front of House Manager in daily operations.
