Job Title: Front of House Manager | Location: York Designer Outlet | Full Time

Please note that this role is based at Wagamama York Designer Outlet (Unit 201-202 St Nicholas Ave, York YO19 4TA).

The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support and coach your team to excel, drive restaurant performance, and achieve excellent results.

Responsibilities
  • Support and develop your team through ongoing coaching and training.
  • Manage shift planning and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Oversee labour management and understand the financial performance of your restaurant.
  • Celebrate successes and recognize individual contributions.

  • Passionate about team support, training, and maintaining high standards.
  • Experienced in shift planning and team coaching.
  • Knowledgeable in labour management and financial performance.
