The role |

As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and teams. You will support in coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team through training and development to uphold high standards
• Planning and managing shifts to ensure proper staffing and team engagement
• Managing labour, rotas, and understanding the financial performance of the restaurant
• Celebrating success and recognizing individual drives and needs
