• Experience overseeing service advisors.
• Ability to meet targets and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations in a customer-focused environment.
• Be the first point of contact for customer queries and feedback.
• Review processes and monitor targets monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Organise and prioritise work to achieve targets promptly.
• Responsible for day-to-day running of service reception and service advisors.
• Support Service Manager and progress to senior management.
