Job summary

wagamama ltd is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead a vibrant, high-performing restaurant in the United Kingdom. You will energise the team, oversee guest experiences, and ensure smooth service from start to finish.

You’ll coach staff, manage shifts and labour, and drive continuous improvement while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests and maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and developing others to help them be the best they can be whilst maintaining high standards.
• Experienced in running and planning shifts to ensure the right cover, enjoying teamwork, and coaching on the go.
• Experience in managing labour and rotas, and understanding the financial performance of your restaurant.
• Love to celebrate success with your team, recognising what drives individuals and their needs.
