Job summary

wagamama is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the restaurant with energy, ensuring seamless service and inspiring the team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences. This full‑time role in Liverpool requires close collaboration with the management team, effective shift planning and a Kaizen mindset.

You will drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, manage labour and rotas, monitor financial performance, and celebrate success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a busy restaurant.
• Strong shift planning and coaching skills.
• Understanding of labour costs and restaurant finance.
