Job summary

wagamama seeks a Front of House Manager in Aberdeen to lead a vibrant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work with the management team to orchestrate seamless service, solve challenges on the fly, and inspire your crew to perform at their best.

You will oversee shift planning, labour management and coaching, while driving continuous improvements with a Kaizen mindset to enhance performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong front of house leadership and guest service focus.
• Comfortable managing shifts and labour planning.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant front of house to deliver high standards of service.
• Plan and manage shifts to ensure correct cover for busy periods.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and maintain energy and morale.
• Nurture and develop team members to grow and perform.
• Continuously look for small improvements using Kaizen mindset.
