Job summary

wagamama is hiring a Front of House Manager in the UK to lead a vibrant restaurant, drive seamless service, and inspire your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

You will plan and run shifts, coach staff, manage labour costs, and foster a Kaizen mindset to constantly improve operations. This full-time role offers biweekly pay, a share of tips, and a strong benefits package.

• are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training and developing others to help them be the best they can be whilst maintaining high standards
• are experienced in running and planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover, love working with the team, and coaching on the go
• have experience in managing labour and rotas, and understand the financial performance of your restaurant
• love to celebrate success with your team, recognising what drives individuals and their needs
