wagamama is hiring a Front of House Manager (full time) to lead a lively restaurant team with energy and service excellence. You will orchestrate seamless guest experiences, coach staff, and resolve issues on the fly while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

• working closely with the rest of the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing restaurant

• thinking with a kaizen mindset - constantly spotting the little ways we can do things better, then making them happen

• are experienced in running and planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover, love working with the team, and coaching on the go
• have experience in managing labour and rotas, and understand the financial performance of your restaurant
