You will manage daily tasks, coordinate with the Facilities team, and support meetings and events to ensure a smooth, customer-focused workplace. The role emphasizes proactive service, attention to detail, and strong communication, contributing to a positive, well-run environment for BT and other occupants.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to seek out opportunities for continuous improvement and portray vision, values and passion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class Front of House service to welcome clients, visitors and colleagues.
• Plan and prioritise own work allocation according to site needs.
• Carry out daily building walks to ensure tidiness and reset to 'day one'.
• Act as the go-to for floor neighbourhoods and promote CBRE culture and values.
• Provide proactive solutions and visible assistance to colleagues.
• Support meetings, events, and AV arrangements as required.
• Maintain health, safety and security checks and update CAFM system with requests.
